He holds a prestigious educational background, having completed his MBBS from Dr. B R Ambedkar Medical College, MD in Internal Medicine from Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore, and DrNB in Medical Gastroenterology from GEM Hospitals, Coimbatore.
